How We're Handling COVID-19
We have been going through a pandemic since the beginning of 2020. Before social distancing and masks were enforced, you were able to visit us in our office and we visited you at your home for consultations. As quarantine and the pandemic continues, we understand that this is the new normal and we must adjust.
Our team is fortunate that we have always been equipped to work remotely. Thus, we have spent a reduced amount of time in the office to follow "stay at home" recommendations and orders. We wear our masks, practice social distancing, and frequently sanitize and disinfect.
We aren't accepting in-person appointments until Harris County is at a lower level of risk. If you prefer in-person interaction, we now offer video meetings. You can now book a meeting online with us and we can arrange it as a video call. If you're interested in meeting with us this way, schedule a meeting here. We hope this alternative can help make you more comfortable doing business with us during these times.
If you would like to drop off your payment for a policy, give us a call and we'll be expecting you. You won't have to come into the office, we'll step out to meet you. We ask that you have your mask on when we meet you.
We also have updated our payments page, you can find more carrier payment portals. This is a faster way of paying online, just have your policy number handy. If you can't find your policy number, carrier, or need help paying, you can give us a call. We are still processing payments over the phone.
We have also added a form for claims for those who would like us to simply call back to process the claim rather call us to inform us of a claim. To submit a claim, fill the form out to the best of your ability. We will give you a call back to review the information before processing it with your carrier.
